Best ad network for Advertisers

Which network would you guys say is the best for advertisers running pop and push ads?

Lowest cost per conversion, low cpc, cpm etc..

I would say Propeller

Propeller are quite well, I had good results with AdMaven too

Ad-Maven automatically credits you for bot hits --that's a plus --but I found there a some (<20%) that get through.
