Ah! i'm with you now, yeah Fiverr is a good bet. Depending on the niche however you could always master S4S (Share 4 Share) and get your page growing naturally which most the time works out better than getting a huge list of possibly UN-active likes.

The idea is, if a page has a lot of fans (from fiverr), then visitors tend to like it seeing that number.
