I have a problem with add transaction_id to tracking link with prosper202, Anyone have used this platform please help me, i have search but still not take the answer yet

Also I have a problem with" {"error":true,"code":404,"msg":"SubID not found"}" I make sure subid=[[subid]] as guide on prosper202 but this still happen I dont know where to find help, any one know please help me
