Since you are asking this question I suppose you don't have a clear view of what 'affiliate marketing is...

I believe there is no 'best way'...

One of the fastest ways would be direct linking using a paid traffic source...

This implies you would need to find an excellent offer that converts like crazy on mostly cold traffic...
(you need to learn how to find these offers... and if you ever find out, please teach me...)

But since it needs to be fast there is no time for learning, congratulations you just invited 'luck' in the equation...
You will need lots of it to select the offer that converts into a positive experience!

I hope the above just pointed out that affiliate marketing is not a fast easy way of making money...
