I want to know if I redirect domain to affiliate link will it get black listed how can I save it from getting black listed

If you mean redirecting yourdomain.com to say and Amazon Link, yes amazon will ban you. But if you are trying to mask a clickbank url, that's a different story

Just don't do that. You should place your affiliate links in blog posts, headers, banners, etc rather than using redirect like you are doing.
