Advice for development in the field of traffic arbitrage

Hello, everyone! I recently started working with my friend in arbitration. At the moment, we are working in teaser networks and various traffic sources. The point is that I have become genuinely interested in this topic, and I would like to develop and grow in it. At the moment, I am only filling teasers, coming up with texts, and working with pictures, and that's where my functionality ends. I want more, but my friend, who is also my boss, says that it's too early for me and that I shouldn't rush, adding that traffic has dropped now and we need to wait. My question is: How would you assess this situation, and what would you recommend I do in my free time to develop my skills? I have a lot of free time. When I asked my friend about this, he said I just need to wait a little.

Traffic arbitrage is being taken over by those with huge budgets, easily mid six figures and up. It requires bigger volume than previous years and this trend is tightening year after year. You will need a very large budget to go down that path and you will need an abundance of experience as it is a very fast paced environment.
