Adult and none-adult (regular) both are good but it depends on marketer/affiliate experience if you ask me then I will like adult offers marketing because I have experience and success with adult offers and landing pages.

it all depends on perspective. all of them have their perks. I personally will prefer regular CPA marketing because it give me room to explore. others may prefer adult because it is catchy.
