Maybe they will pay the arrearage. Send a demand letter and promise to reinstate the traffic upon payment (or some agreed repayment of the Arrears (monies owed you)).
If they don't priortise your payment --find another ad network.

Be sure to provide all relevant information and include any documentation, such as your payment history and earnings report
