Do you mean a use tax or a VAT? Or, some duty imposed on shipments?
VAT tax is often charged domestically but there are sales thresholds to consider also.

Você quer dizer um imposto de uso ou um IVA? Ou algum imposto imposto sobre as remessas?
O IVA é frequentemente cobrado no mercado interno, mas também há limites de vendas a serem considerados.
In this case, it would be the 60% tax on the product when it arrives at customs, I am in doubt if I should enter the dropp now

choose a lower tariff country --less duty to import maybe so you are competitive or have a cost advantage.
Or, as TJ says: Use local (domestic in Brazil) suppliers to avoid duty.

Another possibility is if you sell in Portugal the duty may be nothing --just the normal VAT at customs. I only say Portugal as you are fluent in Portuguese. The US has tariffs on some goods from China (if that is the place the shipment will be from).

You really should disclose the customs duty that must be paid by the buyer --to maintain an ethical reputation.
