Here it is, this is quite BH but I have seen it work - in fact a friend of mine offline does this method when he needs some extra cash.
Find a local company with a website - so say the company is davebuilders.com - register a domain similar like thedavebuilders.com .
Now redirect your domain to the businesses competitor!
Call up the business and tell them you are working with their competitors but have fallen out and want to sell them the domain and redirect it back to their site. Ask for maybe $100 as it's not to much!
IF they don't go for it simply direct it to their site and ring their competitors and say you own the domain and can redirect it to their site!
Pretty sneaky method but eh run it at your own risk!
