What is your favorite major league baseball team?​

This is the weekend (Saturday) and there aren't as many members around here on the weekends. Therefore I picked a topic that a lot people would have an answer to: What is your favorite major league baseball team?

My answer probably isn't going to surprise anyone. My favorite major league baseball team is the St. Louis Cardinals. Only the New York Yankees have won more World Series championships than the St. Louis Cardinals.

oooh I'm waaay behind on these. Would definitely have to think quite a bit on who I'd wanna be. Movies....hmmm I'm a sucker for any happy ending romantic movie. lol In fact caught about the last 5 minutes of Notting Hill and watched it for probably the 100th time. lol Anything at all with a happy ending that's a romance.

lol maxie we'll have to have an inner state rivalry going. lol To be honest I don't like baseball (mostly cos it's uhhhhh boring lol ok don't get mad at me all you baseball lovers but honest....it can put ya to sleep sometimes....plus a lot of teams the players look like they're wearing jammies lol But...guess I'd have to go with the Phillies.

What is your favorite National Football League football team?​

Since this is Sunday and there aren't as many members around on Sunday, I have picked another topic that a lot of people would have an answer to: What is your favorite National Football League football team?

I mentioned National Football League (NFL) in order to make it clear that this is about American football.

Once again my answer should be no surprise. My favorite NFL team is the St. Louis Rams.

Great football clip. How do you download clips from Utube. I have been trying to figure it out and can't seem to get it through my head, or maybe you can't? I'm confused. Also my Steelers lost last night... But hey the Pirates won. Deb.

"How do you download clips from Utube." Easy. To the right of the video you'll see "embed" just copy the code and paste it here or to your blog or wherever you want to display it.

Fav football team. I don't have one. During my high school years I lived in Green Bay, then after that for many years lived in Colorado Springs and Denver. So I felt I was force-fed football and almost felt like it was mandatory that you be a Packers, then later Broncos fan. So rather rebellious young person that I was, I became sort of anti-football, just to be different. If I'm with friends now that want to watch a game, it's fun and I like it - but not enough to watch unless I have to.

So long story short, no fav for me.

That's one of those things that seems really hard, until you figure it out, then it's easy!

Contribution....

Hii...I should have participated earlier..but its never too late since this is an ongoing thing.

I know everyone's posting videos and stuff, but I would like to make my contribution in my own way. So my contribution is on how to succeed in affiliate marketing:

1. Be patietent, and persistant in your efforts. Results don't come by fast. Just like a regular business, give yourself some time to establish an online business.

2. Gain as much knowledge as you can, let it be on design techniques, SEO, PPC or anything that relates to affiliate marketing. The more knowledge you have, the more success. Just like any other profession, affiliate marketing is constantly evolving, so try and make it a point to learn something new everyday.

3. Do not take your work lightly. You might be working from home, but you are working in a billion dollar industry with many competitors on the side. Try, and work hard at least during the initial period. Its good for your business.

4. Have a life too. I am personally myself guilty of working too much and not taking a break, but this weekend I went to a hookah bar with few buddies, went to the movie theater after a long time to see Bourne Ultimatum. And, boy I am so refreshed.

5. Last, but not the least - Believe in yourself, and God. There will be many detractors including your own fear of failure trying to put you down, but belief in yourself and God would get you going.

What is your all-time favorite television show?​

Earlier I mentioned that I don't like movies. The reason is because I prefer to watch things that are real, rather than scripted fiction. I'm not talking about those so-called reality shows. I'm talking about things such as the news, documentaries, 60 Minutes etc.

Some of you might have a favorite television program now. However if you think back, you may have had a previous favorite that you liked even more. That is why I said all-time favorite.

My all-time favorite is Jeopardy.

Even if you aren't a Jeopardy fan you will like these short clips - especially the first two. The first is Alex Trebek starting the show without wearing pants. The second is a classic funny moment that you need to see to appreciate. The third is Ken Jennings setting a record for the most money won on one Jeopardy show. Again, these are short clips.

Hmmm....favorite TV show - this one's tricky. I don't watch much TV, but the shows I do watch I absolutely love, so here's the short list:

-S*x and the City - very excited that the movie version is finally going to happen!
-Entourage
-The Office (both the UK and US versions)
