yes but to be honest i have more than a fb account and post in more than 150 and 200 posts daily in different groups just sharing info without links and the people come for more info

Bro, I joined like 10-15 groups in my niche and I posted a long detailed info on the product and then I put link and FB temp banned me from joining and posting in any groups till tomorrow. :/

yes sometimes i get banned for posting too much 10 or 12 days ban
but i make sure to put a 2 minutes delay between posts
