You need to check your site in other browsers to ensure it display well. Sometime you can lose traffic because your site does not display properly in one of the important browsers.

I think it depends what you say about your competitors i.e. is it true. It is really common for customers to ask "why should I use you rather than x", so you had better have a good answer if you take sales calls. What is your USP (unique selling point)? cheaper, better, faster... It is simply a case of writing this down and putting it on the Web for your visitors.
