I have ruthlessly slashed 90+ channels
Only interested in 3 things from subs
  1. Technical updates for software I use
  2. Actionable marketing and sales tips
  3. Consumer buying trends
I have put out new red flags
channels get 3 chances and then I unsub forever
the main red flags are
  1. Dumb click bait titles --> Neil Patel is clickbait but high quality so stays on my list
  2. Lack of focus keywords in video title --> Guys come on use your focus keywords and front load them its common sense in 2022
  3. Stupid faces in video image cover --> YouTube Creator Insider is clickbait but high quality so stays on my list
  4. Off topic videos --> Yup I dont care about your pet videos or Merry Christmas
  5. Any channel that doesnt help me increase traffic & commission
  6. Fake presenters who irritate me --> just be yourself
  7. Non English videos mixed with English videos --> Russian and Ukranian is worst for this
  8. No videos for past 6 months --> @zeropark doesnt post videos often but when they do its extremely high quality so they stay on my list
  9. Overkill about diversity and rabbits rights --> you are boring us to death
  10. Most SEO guru or SEO newspaper channels --> are clickbait and get unsubbed
  11. Mention Google Sandbox myth once --> and your channel gets blocked permanently except for @shaunm which is very high quality content so stays on the list
You have to really earn my subscription now
setting a very high bar for subscribing
You need to publish consistently high quality optimized and relevant videos
This is about work not entertainment

Brand new website launched Thursday
targets English speakers in USA & UK & EU
uses a top level domain good for the whole world
bought 15 years aged domain with historic backlinks
2 other people tried what I am doing with it

anyway website is indexed in Google after 2 days
now I have a ton of work to do

I had 17 of 22 new campaigns in December fail. Started 12-1-21, dropped 11 by 12-4-21, dropped another 6 by 12-7-21. I then relaunched the remaining 5 at twice the budget for 3 days and dropped 3. Spent $9+k to find 5 that worked, but only 2 scaled. Scaled those two big and just wrapped them up for a total of a $22k+.

Getting ready for Valentines now! I have 20 ready to go in 5 geos. All Tier 1.

Must start work earlier from now on
and have a to do list
Prescheduling is key
because it is not how many hours you work
but actual work that makes a difference

Time management doesn't work without keeping you healthy, boosting your energy, and boosting your brain activity.
Such wear and tear leads to a massive deterioration of all health, which means you will remember not 90 years but 45, because age will fly by faster, and the pleasure will feel like chewed food after another person, do you like watching a movie in poor quality, with poor staging?
There are a lot of things that those who make videos forget to mention, a lot of people pay attention to the process and the result, rather than how it is possible to influence and get a similar result, your experience is a passed path, and sometimes it cannot be repeated, but it is possible to recreate another result that will look similar.
Keep this in mind, because this is only a small but influential part of the whole result.

now I found the answer
just select two rows
then right click
and you can add two rows
same for 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 ..... rows

It is important to be impartial
so I gave an honest opinion
--> I like Neil Patel
his content is excellent
but video titles are click baity
and the videos over promote his own software
far far too many pop up boxes
but I do like his software

Yes!

Even I have noticed that! But you know what? his content is so damn good that the readers hardly notice it! At least I didn't notice it! Ok that's a lie! I did notice it a few times but I didn't really mind it!

He has created his content with some really good effort. But the best thing I like about his site is that he loves to share his secrets and doesn't hold back! Of course some of it he has to hold back because he has to make his living too! (So it's actually by design)

Ok. With that being said I have stopped paying attention to Neil Patel and the likes (in regards to the SEO field) after I started reading @T J Tutor 's posts and I couldn't agree more. One could spend 6 months to a year (or maybe more or less depending on his/her skills!) and start earning a good amount of money by organic traffic but one could just use paid Ads and start earning BIG TIME!
