    It's hard these days to create accounts without getting banned. The best way is to buy a used facebook account, use it regularly under a proxy for a few weeks than associate a CC for ad spending. This way it should work. There are other methods but a few only still work.

    You need a tracking software, otherwise is very hard to optimize the campaigns and get profitable. I'm not familiar with your country(India), but you don't really need to start with India. It's not a country where you'll find high quality offers with a good payout.
