I used few companies to improve my WP site speed but in general the results were not that good.

I wanted to know if there's any recommendation for companies that expert on improving speed of WP sites ?

I need companies that this is what they do and that's their expertise!

You dont need services from companies to improve WP site speed.
Just connect your WP instance to a CDN, and add wpcache and wpminify plugins to reduce the delivered content payload.
Thats it.

First of all, are you sure the website is slow? How did you tested it?

I see that many people when they test some things and didn't work, the blame things like website speed, button colors and so on.

They affect the conversion rate, but unless you are not having at least 100k hits/day or your website loads really slow, this won't double your conversion rates.

I'm not saying that you don't need to optimize your website, I'm just saying, in general, to not expect a huge lift in conversion rates thanks to -100ms loading time when overall loads in 1 sec - that won't happen.
