When did you post the links? They may not have been indexed yet by the search engines. How did you determine only 3000 have been indexed? The links may have been removed by the website owner.
The bottom of the logo is grainy and hard to read. I find the layout to be difficult to follow and navigate. The text on the top navigation bar would look better in a bold type. I would reserve the h1, h2, and h3 tags for my keywords and use CSS to code the box headlines.
Currently I prefer the Google Adwords tool over the others. I actually logged in last night and they were testing a new interface. It offered even more search and sorting features.
