when I try to run an ad with the affiliated link my account is deactivated, so I have to run an ad for message (less effective)

Many ad networks dislike you using affiliate links.
I’ve got a better idea.
Why don’t you create a landing page or a simple 2 page site on google sites.
It is 100% free,,with free hosting.

And you can purchase a domain name for about $1.

All you need is a gmail email account.
Then you can promote all your affiliate links in one place from one domain...
