Sales down

I just wanted to check in and see if anyone else is having a huge decrease in affiliate sales over the last week or two. I know the economy is bad but the thing that is throwing me for a loop is that my # of clicks is increasing the # of active affiliate is growing. But the conversion rate is dropping fast. I manage three programs and i this happening in two out of the three. the two programs have products that are totally different one is computers and one is skin care.

any input, advise, anything would be great

Hi Renee,

So sorry to hear about your conversions dropping. I don't manage programs any more so can't see any of my clients numbers. But I read lots of forums in addition to this one plus almost all the industry blogs and I'm not hearing complaints. That doesn?t mean there aren't any. If merchants are having sales or conversion decreases they probably aren't likely to bring up bad news on affiliate forums or blogs, but I assume that most companies are down at least somewhat.
