PPC or PPV for Beginnes in CPA

I've been searching for some quality post about this topic.
Yeah, I know that I should test what works.
But, I want to get your thoughts about this.

What I mean is your experience when you first started and your recommendation for us(newbies)..
Yeah, I represent the newbies out there. Haha.

I really want to start out with paid traffic coz I can't really rely on youtube and free traffic alone.

so, what do you think? based on stats and experience.

Should newbies go with PPC? and master it? or should we go with PPV coz its more good and easy?

If I where you I would start with PPC, PPV is also awesome however it may cost more to get started so I guess this all determines your budget. Good luck let me know if I can help you once you get more direction of where you are headed

In general you need a much larger initial capital for PPV testing.

Hmmmm? After reading some stuff about PPV, I can say you guys are right about its expensiveness.
If I have $300 per month budget, and will use a network that pays weekly.
Will it be possible to start it?
