Direct PPC

Hello you very intelligent and amazing people, i do hope your day is going well.

I have been reading alot about direct PPC campaigns to affiliate programs. I know if setup correctly these can do really well, however it can be hard work getting a campaign that works well. I kindly wondered please what are the key factors for finding really good keywords for your campaign that would convert well please? Further is direct PPC still allowed from certain search engines if not what is usually required so its allowed please? I would be forever grateful if anyone had time to get back to me, it really would help me so much.

Are you speaking of direct linking or direct response?

Direct linking is generally not a good idea, typically a landing page is in the funnel to pre-sell the offer.

Direct response is when a strong call to action is used to complete an action like making a purchase, completing a form, etc.
