I want to start working with CPA Network-Please Advice

Please give me some honest suggestion. I have some question before start working



1. Which network is best for USA and Europe and is it support paid campaigning or all CPA Networks support paid campaigning.



2. To do better sales page/landing page is mandatory or not?



3. For CPA Network which paid traffic source will be best as many source sent fake as a result we do not get anything through click.



4. One Important thing is have i been paid if traffic (targeted country) click or lead or both.



Last of all which paid traffic source does not sent any fake traffic. Maxbounty and CPAgrip which is the best.
