Hi and welcome,

Asking people to recommend good programs is not the place to start. What is good for someone else could be terrible for you or too competitive for a newbie.

The best place to start is to pick a niche (a topic or market) then pick the best product that people in that niche would be interested in, THEN last... find the best affiliate program that sells that type of product.

Find out which market are you targeting for? From there, find the products and promote them.
