I need a flash video recorder where you can record video from a webcam and then convert it in avi or wmv. It needs to very clear and of high quality.
It needs to work with RTMP streaming server.

Screen recording software - BB FlashBack Express, great value screen recorder software may be the sort of thing you are after, while it is not expensive, I believe you can get it for free (at least I think it is free in this months .net magazine)
