You can also drive them to an external webpage, but beware, there are lots of companies who offer to do this for you and dont deliver the goods. It is hard to track who is actually seeing your ads
I don't use Facebook for anything so I would not know. This is not the reason why I posted here in this thread.
The main reason is because there are some doubters out there when it comes to marketing their business on Facebook PPC platform and I must admit that it will work for you.
Same thing with Twitter.
Just make sure that you don't use the smaller PPC companies out there. They have bad traffic.
That's what I'm hoping as I just started using them to sell cell phones and various affiliate opportunities. Doing a targeted search of Facebook groups oughta help. It was suggested to me to join groups that have over 5,000 members, but many of them don't, so you'd have to watch that.

Attention: "role based name" email prefixes such as support, webmaster, info, contact, forum, service, affiliate, admin, traffic, partners, marketing, etc., for our member accounts are not permitted. They are acceptable for a vendor listing, but not for the member email. This is due to bulk email processors scrubbing them for delivery due to extremely high bounce rates. Please apply for membership using a personalized email prefix. Something like bob@xxxxx.com.
If we discover you signed up with a role based name we will give you only one message to change it. After 3 days your account will be removed if the email is not changed.
