Ezine articles = weird

I just received an email from Ezinearticles saying that they've noticed Ive never submitted an article and if I dont submit one they are going to close my account in a week.

HUH?

I've submitted heaps of articles.

Anyone else get this? I have replied but I dont like my chances of them replying before the week is up!
I dont want to lose my account

Hmm, sounds odd, obviously. How did you contact them, I've wanted to contact people directly there when articles just weren't getting accepted for something unknown to me, and I never knew how to get in touch with someone directly. Do they have an actual customer service e-mail address?

That happened to me. They just reopened my account so no probs.

Must be a bug of some sort... I have heard it happening to others.
