Active campaign (some for years) with 0 EPC and 0 CR

On Peerfly, I see a gzillion offers with 0% EPC and 0% CR, some dating back 2013 and still active.

At first I thought these zero-zero were new campaigns with no metrics, but then I checked a Top Offer for a McDonalds, dating 2013, others 2012 etc.

How to interpret this, and how to circumvent this parametric darkness?

they are non working offers, ask am before you wanna go for run

that offers have been promoted and still by lot of affiliates .
some of them they have positive ROI . and some affiliates have negative ROI that's the reason of 0 in the CR
