On Peerfly, I see a gzillion offers with 0% EPC and 0% CR, some dating back 2013 and still active.
At first I thought these zero-zero were new campaigns with no metrics, but then I checked a Top Offer for a McDonalds, dating 2013, others 2012 etc.
How to interpret this, and how to circumvent this parametric darkness?
