PBN (Private Blog Network) links can give a fast boost in SEO rankings, but they come with risk. If done wrong or used without proper pillow links, they might trigger penalties from Google. To make PBN links effective and safe, ensure each site looks real, has unique content, and gets traffic. Diversify anchor texts and don’t rely only on PBNs. Use them as a strategic push, not a foundation. Combine with natural backlinks for better results.

That's an old method that used to be pretty popular and I think worked well initially. Now, you're probably better off using a more ethical (for Google) method that doesn't violate current policies. Otherwise, you could waste a lot of time, energy and money because your sites have been de-indexed or sandboxed.

I’ve noticed something while studying for the CCNA Certification Exam—a lot of what I’m learning about networks, servers, and routing actually overlaps with things we deal with in affiliate marketing, like page load speed, redirects, and domain setup.

But it seems like most affiliate marketers focus heavily on tools and traffic (which makes sense), while the backend tech often gets ignored unless something breaks.

Do you think technical skills like basic networking or server management are still underrated in this space? Or is it better to just outsource that part and stay focused on campaigns?
