Could someone recommend me goot YT Views provider to rank my videos?
So far I found some sellers with LQ views and they won't rank at all.. :/

Be careful with that. You can probably consider all providers LQ now, just because YT is on to that sort of thing.

Building your view count organically is always best.

All that being said, if you insist on doing it your way, I've run across sites now and again that say they have real viewers. No idea if it's true or not. You can probably do a search then look for reviews of each site that interests you. There may be some people here in the forums that have used it/them.

Well , I will also recommend you the same..Build organic search traffic...Paid traffic last for a while and some day you come to your initial position...
Use SEO.....Social Media like Reddit, Tumblr, fb, Twitter Pinterest,etc...Make a video on one of the already happening video on YouTube...
