Did you use a forward slash in the title, or any foreign characters?

Most of forum have their own rules, that why newbie like me or you cant post or create new thread.

Generally, the marketplace forums are restricted --and the advertisers forums are limited approved businesses only.

If you are trying to post links in your threads and posts, then you will need at least 10 posts for links and 20 posts for reviews.

You can absolutely post new posts and new threads. You are not presented from posting. However, if you are trying to post links, then you will be required to have at least 10 posts. If you are trying to post links for your business, they will be removed until you register your business.
