Yahoo and google images results

anyone know how to get more results in Yahoo images and google images etc ? i have all the alt tags with relevent titles, and i have allowed enhanced image searching in google webmaster tools. Im getting results from google images and yahoo images but i want more

Any tips would be great

It's just takes time to spider all pages and index all images. I don't think there are any special tricks to speed it up...
