why provide metadata on all pages ??

It's a good question.

What happens if someone has a odd shapped body? say with very large shoulders? I'd be tempted to try to get them indexed too and certainly wouldn't block them from being indexed.

Nearly any traffic will be good traffic however probably not worth spending much time on them.

What normally happens is as long as the pages you don't want the meta data for are linked to the pages you do, they should get indexed just as well

i dont think it is pretty big deal to add meta data to the other pages, Its free. and what happens if some one keyed custom suit shoulder width..
