Why my banner CTR only 0.02%? This hurt my heart.

I collect many banners from all over the websites. And then set up my capmaigns, and run my offer.
At exoclick, no mater on RON mode, or targeting the Premium sites, My banner's CTR always as low as 0.03%. Why and how to change it??
For example, i pick an AU adult dating offer, i collect some banners of all angles, such as young beauty, MILF, Single moms, elder women, linked with landing pages, and set up the campaigns, and run on CPM mode. banner CTR AS BELOW

If the banner ctr is like this, and i am still running it, i will lost money, so i stoped and turn to CPC mode.
You can see how many times i tried and the result.

What should i do? how to improve the banner CTR? Should i go on running on CPC mode?

Use that noodle between your ears to come up with entirely new ones. You must become a banner creating machine. They don't even have to be overly complex to be winners. Any that catches my eye through normal browsing, I immediately screenshot it and use a description of what caught my eye as the filename.
