Why is the price of SEO so low?

Low-cost SEO usually means limited services, automation, or high competition among providers. While basic SEO can be affordable, effective long-term SEO requires expertise, quality content, technical optimization, and ongoing improvements. It's better to focus on value and results rather than choosing the lowest price.

I think part of the confusion here is mixing Google data with real business valuation.

Google may show some estimate related to ads, traffic or keyword value, but that is not the same as the value of a website or the real cost of SEO. A site is worth what it can consistently earn, under what risk, and whether that income can be transferred to a new owner.
For affiliate sites especially, the important metrics are net profit, stability of organic traffic, keyword quality, conversion rate, backlink profile, niche risk, and whether the affiliate accounts or deals are transferable.

So a low number in a Google tool does not automatically mean the site has low value. It may only mean the current traffic or keyword demand is weak, or that Google does not see enough commercial value yet. Real SEO value appears when the site starts generating stable, profitable traffic.
