Who's re-targeting on Facebook successfully?

If I'm perfectly honest, re-targeting on Facebook is all a little new to me so I'd love to hear some peoples experiences on it. How does it back out, what are the CTRs like etc.

I'm using Perfect Audience. Quite like it only been using it for about 2 weeks.

They give you some free credit to get started as well.

Just use criteo... Seriously outside US adroll or the other retarget firms are dead space. While criteo is even penetrating the HQ of Mythings retarget platform + struq.
