I dont use my webhosting admin - all I use it for is adding an SQL database but most of it I do through PHPmyadmin.

Cpanel by far.
Easy to use and very neat layout.
Not sure about the others but SiteAdmin is ok, but can be frustrating if you are a newbie at creating your first website.

I haven't used anything else than cPanel, but I think it's the best. I'm fine with cPanel with Awstats and Fantastico.
