Is it Si Captcha Anti-Spam? Really Simple Captcha? Visual Captcha?

I’m curios to see what you’re using or used in the past and worked well for you. I’m mainly interested in free Captcha plugins but it’s also good to know about good, paid ones. I've used a couple of them in the past but would like to know what the best ones are today.
