Where you get content from

I see really awesome content posted on your blogs and also your guest posts are always informative and leave me thinking , Is this guy a ghost writer ? ha ha ok so here is the question how you get all this content done ? if you outsource or you have your own team , how do you select them and any tips you`d like to give regarding getting content done by outsourcing as for me it is always hard to find a good content writer , i do all my posts myself and when ever i try to outsource its always hard to find a quality writer .. so how you get all those quality articles and guest posts published on blogs ... If you have your own writers team any tips on how to hire a perfect team ?
