Easiest way to get affiliates is by join an affiliate network and have your products or what you want affiliates to sell listed in their [the affiliate network's] marketplace.
If you don't want to involve a third party getting affiliates might be harder but not impossible. It just will take longer. You might need to recruit your friends first then ask them to get their friends to join your affiliate program.
