Where chat affiliates from Brazilia, China, Arab countries?

I've found a couple of big affiliate forums, but I can search only in english.
Could you please tell me where chat non-english-speaking affiliates (brazilian, chinese, arab)? Trying to understand and translate from english forums or have some own, native forums?
Or maybe they starting treds here or another forums in native language?
