How good will the articles be if they are writing in a second language?

There are 2 types of articles:

- great articles, great English used and so on, worth to post as blogs articles or guest post articles
- not so great articles used for article marketing, where you do not care about how impressive the content is but you care about being a unique article that gets you a link.

However, 0.17$/hour? Oh my God...

I've seen alot of posts that supposed to be fluent . I think i'd probably have a 95% guess rate as to if English was thier first language.

I also think most of the indian writers are not so fluent in English as they say they are. Sometimes they have no idea what they should do and how they are supposed to do it. So I think it is better to pay a little more, but then have well written English articles.
