Where are the best article distribution centers?

Has anyone had success and sen an increase in traffic from using Isnare article distribution? I have built up a few articles that I am ready to distribute and want to see what the best service is.

can anyone tell me the best place to distribute the articles. I am more concerned about speed and success of distribution than price

I don't like article distribution services, these are considered as duplicate content, at least I don't have any luck with them.

I don't see what the big drama is about submitting articles.

Write an article. Have you keyword in the title. Have your keyword in the anchor text to your site.

Equals rankings.

This ain't rocket science.

And yes, I have (and still do) use isnare and article marketer.

yeah Larwee is correct the articles are not duplicate content its just a way to get your article promoting your site more often all over the place.
