need step by step configuration of whatsapp in omnichannel for customer service. when the agent receives whatsAPP request in omnichannel for customer service? i inserted twilio's incoming URL into the twilio phome section message number.i created facebook business ID manager also. thank you in the comparison
 
We had an omni-channel rep here who maybe could've helped you with that but he hasn't been around in a few years. Have you tried their customer service/support/FAQs?

Also, maybe this bump will catch the eye of someone with the answer. ;)
