I hang around the top 10 in the UK for search engine optimization, yet scores a poor 2.5. But then my site has only been up about 8 months.

Still good scores, i noticed before my site moved up on the score chart a hell of a good link building campaign needed to be happening along with getting both wiki, .edu & .gov (not got yet) links which i managed to get hold of
