What was your defining moment?

This is a question to the more experienced and successful affiliate marketers.

What was it that took you over the hump? Was it a certain article that you wrote? Perhaps a particular affiliate vendor link that you implemented and became a big hit? Or even a format change in your website?

As a newbie, I'm still learning and continually experiment with my site. The only payback I've gotten are Adsense clicks, so that only translates to a low amount of $$.

I love this question! What a dynamic topic!
It's sort of like our very long and very helpful thread titled
"If you had to start over what would you do different?"
EXCEPT this question really boils it down to that one single AHA moment!

I would love to hear some of our affiliates answer this one.
Maybe I'll even blog about it if we get some good answers.
Heck maybe I'll even blog about it to TRY to get some good answers!
