What Is Tier 1 Traffic And Tier 2 Traffic?

I am new in affiliate marketing and this is my learning period I think so.Alright, then what are the criteria to define these two traffic? What is the different between them?

This id defined by countries. As for example USA or UK traffics are most costly as well as they are quality too. This is also depending on your networks and the offers. Here is the most common traffic tiers:

For Tier 1 is usually traffic from the USA, UK, Canada
For Tier 2 western Europe
For Tier 3 most other countries.

Tier countries are where quality traffic are from, I doubt 7search exclude the traffic from these countries.

In this case tier 2 means that quality of traffic and volume is lesser as compared to tier 1 PPC networks like Bing and Adwords.

It doesn't mean 7search doesn't allow tier 1 countries.
