1. Who are your competitors and what do they sell?
2. What are their past and current strategies?
3. How do they market their products and what part of time is spent on this? Which channels do they use, is it paid or non-paid, etc.
4. What are the potential threads from competitor to your business, and what are the potential opportunities for your business? Maybe instead of competing you could cooperate.
