SEO split test is the process of testing your webpage performance. how the user responds to it. For example, If you want to update multiple webpages but want to know how they will perform or welcomed by users.

SEO split-testing, there's a heavy amount of lifting that goes into planning a test out, actually setting it up, and then executing it. What you're essentially doing is taking an existing template of similar pages on your site and splitting it up into two separate templates.
SEO Split testing could refer to a couple of things.
The first could be SERP CTR split testing, which would involve changing the page title and description and tracking the CTR between each variation, finding the specific verbiage that results in the most clicks from your current rank. Though, the biggest factor in SERP CTR is your rank.
The second would be Conversion Rate split testing on your website. This would involve changing some element(s) of the site, whether that be your heading title, the color of your CTA button, whether you use a email subscription popup, longform or short form copy, etc on the page that receives organic traffic and tracking the changes in conversion rate between changes.
