In the affiliate marketing sphere POD usually stands for Print on Demand.
This means using services like Teespring, Gearbubble, Sunfrog, etc. to sell customized products that otherwise would be just simple products.

For example, a T shirt with a print about your favorite quote, or artist or hobby so it's not just a plain white shirt anymore.

"Paid On Delivery" is my guess. I know it's a thing in India. The credit card is not charged and the sale does not process until the package has been delivered to the persons doorstep
