According to me page rank is given by google as it crowl the site

Now a days Google is not giving page rank to the website.
Pagerank now is over. Google removed PR toolbar. And if you checked PR with other plugins, addons, tools, you will see it become 0. Now we focus on DA, PA, TF, CF, and other factors.
